Unforgettable gardens

 Every garden is a real discovery.
17 gardens in Meurthe et Moselle, 13 in the Vosges , just enough to arouse your curiosity.
Among classical, botanical , contemporary gardens or others, nice visits await you .
The gardens of Berchigranges, situated at an altitude of 650 metres offer 4,000 different varieties of plants,while the garden of Autigny la Tour makes you travel back in time through its formal garden«à la française». Above all, do not miss the terraced gardens of Plombières-les-Bains for their singular feature. If you really wish to keep high up, come and visit the altitude gardens of the Haut Chitelet or of Trapelune in La Croix aux Mines.

Meurthe et Moselle is just as rich. It provides a great variety of gardens.The botanical side is to be seen at the Dominique Alexandre Godron garden in Nancy, while modern style is more likely to be seen in Pont -à- Mousson Abbey, in Froville or even at Harroué castle.
Some gardens have been granted the « remarkable garden » label, for their botanical interest and their upkeep, among other things. Five of them are located in Meurthe et Moselle :
Le parc du château in Gerbéviller, the garden of l’Aubepré in Gélaucourt, le Parc Sainte Marie in Nancy,and le Parc du Château in Fléville-devant-Nancy.
As regards the Vosges , only 2 gardens have received this distinction: The garden of Callunes in Ban-de -Sapt and the garden of Ode in Saint-Ouen-Lés-Parey.
